First chiropractic experience?

I'm going to the chiropractor for the first time this coming Monday, the 17th. I've never been before and my hubby is promising I'll feel like a million bucks! LOL! I suffer from constant tension headaches. There's a lot "on my plate" so to speak... Has anyone been to a chiropractor for head and body aches and made a great recovery? Migraine medicine and other things I've tried are not doing the trick.

Yes, I've gone to the chiropractor for quite a few aches. The very first time, sometimes you will feel sore afterward, sometimes you will start feeling better immediately. But even if you get sore afterwards, it only lasts a day or two and you get better.
I'm pretty sure you will be happy with the results. It's surprising what kinds of things they can fix.

I got treated by one for a year after a car accident and I ended up having 2 neck operations and serious nerve damage partly due to the chiropractors 'adjustments'. Most of them will make you feel great but be aware the bad ones out there can hurt you, forever. If you don't feel better after a few treatment I would go to a real doctor,MD. Here are a few links that may help you with your headaches.
