If you've had a chiropractic adjustment, did you ever feel light-headed or have a dizzy spell afterwards?

I actually went for the 1st time today.
I'm not sure I noticed a difference either way to be honest.
He adjusted my neck (heard a little popping), and then my back was adjusted.
I guess it felt alright. (Not sure how many visits one needs to feel a lot better).
However not in a lot of pain anyways, just a slight lower back problem, as I did fall years ago (8),
Well, several hrs. later today, had a shocking ring in my ears really fast, had a dizzy spell for 1 minute and basically just feel soooooo sleepy!!
Hope to get some answers here b4 I go to bed :o)

I am a chiropractor, and I can say that this is quite common when people have their upper necks adjusted, epecially for the very first time. If it's something that develops into a real problem after you get a good night's sleep, then it is not normal.
