As a provider of care the chiropractor is responsible for diagnosing the problem and providing proper care. When the chiro fails to recognize clear symptoms not consistent with treatment being given then negligence has occurred. This is the problem with people running to the chiro the instant they have and problem with their spine...chiropractors CANNOT properly diagnose conditions they are untrained to recognize or unfamiliar with. Real doctors can diagnose the problem and if not then send you off to a specialist.
