Self-chiropractic?

How, other than going to a professional chiropractor, can I get a dislocated rib to pop back into place?

Ribs don't usually pop out of place. What you are probably feeling is a strain on the cartilage at the end of the rib. I personally have some real concerns about chiropractors for the reason something is always "popped out". Very few bones and very few times does a bone just pop out of place, even with an injury. Doing what you are describing could lead to a punctured lung if you do have a fractured rib.
if you have a dislocated rib you ought to see a doc or go to the emergency room, a chiro shouldn't do that for you...what if its punctured the lung...
Really hon, there's no such thing as a dislocated rib. Where on earth did you get such an idea? Yeah, I know - from one of those quack-o-practors. Yeesh!
