Has anyone tried chiropractic methods4back pain only to discover it was merely a buncha baloney? |
OR in your experience did it actually help you for elliviate back ailments? You probably went to a wrong chiropractor. You need to go to a chiropractor who has an Applied Kinesiology background. They are totally different from a regular chiropractors. Applied kinesiologist chiropractor has a different approach to treating a patient. They muscle test you first before the treatment to see the underlying cause of your health condition; if it's structural or something else. It's more in depth and they spend a good 20 minutes or so with you for a regular office visit versus a plain chiropractor who would probably spend about 5 minutes with you. I know this because I felt the same way like you do until I tried an AK chiropractor who changed my life and perception about chiropractic. You can go to ICAK website and check if there's one in your area. I was totally screwed up after going to a chiropractor. I was in a lot of pain with sciatic nerve problems and my spine was curved at the bottom and one of my vertebra's twisted slightly. I finally went to a chiropractor and it helped 100%. He straightened my spine out, relieved the nerves that were pinched, and it felt good, too. I wish I could go again because, due to a car accident, my back is messed up again. This time I have 2 bulging discs and my nerves get pinched up a lot again. However, due to the bulging discs in my lower back, I can't see a chiropractor again. I know if I could though, it would help. The chiropractor even helped my husband with his TMJ. I believe they are very helpful if you find one that knows what they are doing. Ours happened to be the sports doc for the Riverkings (our local hockey team), so he pretty much knew what was up. If one you saw didn't help, try another one. Good luck with your back!
