Is kinesiology a good undergraduate major to major in before going to chiropractic college?

Also, the chiropractor that stated above that thousands are failing out of practice...those were probably the ones that did not have the drive or patience nor business skills to survive the ever changing health care field. Do you think the first chiropractors coming out of school back before insurance existed were failing out too??? They made it just fine and guess what, the profession is STILL doing great if not better. There are many ways and sources to get new patients and get paid for your services, (i.e. Attorney Referrals, Co-managing with Medical Doctors, and just plain busting your rear marketing to attract new patients to you) IT JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO MAKE IT AND SUCCEED. NO ONE LIMITS YOU BUT YOU! I graduated chiropractic school in 2006 and came out swinging hard, practice was slow in the beginning but as more people knew about my services through hard work, my practice is growing.

Yes but go to an Osteopathic medical school instead.

don't do it kid~ go to dental school or pharmacy~ Insurance won't let you make as good as living as it once did and i don't care if someone comes on her and says that they are doing great because for everyone of them i will show you a thousand that are not.

As a chiropractic student myself, I would say that it would be an ideal major. It will prepare you for the courses that are ti come in the chiropractic curriculum. Human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the body are all areas that are key in chiropractic. Good luck!
