Any ideals if chlamydia is trigger by heptise b or vise versa?

can a person get chlamydia if s/he is heptise b postive or vise versa? can you get one or the other and not at the same time? Does one trigger the other? 2 people been together for 20 years. Both been faithfull to each other. The husband recently test postive for Chlamydia and still waiting for heptise B testing. The wife was tested 5 years ago negative for both during her pregnancy and now she is postive on both. How is that possible? Does this mean that the husband may be postivie all this time and not shown until now and the wife just catched from him? Or does this mean that he just got the viruse recently and that's how the wife got the viruse? Or does this mean the wife possible have it all this time and some how something trigger these 2 viruses and passed on the the husband? The serverity of the issue will not be known until they both see the specialist and run more tests. But in the meantime, anyone who can give some ideal about this quesiton is appreciated.

Chlamydia is a bacterial infection. Hep B would not trigger it. Chlamydia has to be acquired. It is often acquired through sex.

Hep B has a vaccine. I'm surprised that if the wife was tested during pregnancy and was found ot be negative, she wasn't subsequently offered vaccination or anything.

So if both have Chlamydia, one of them must have gotten it from somewhere. Chlamydia is generally sexual transmitted, so there is a chance that someone has been cheating.

Hep B, however, can be acquired during childbirth from our mothers. This is a common reason for Hep B in many parts of the world. Hep B is also bloodborne or sexually transmitted. It is extremely contagious. There no way for me to know how he got it -- from being born, from sex, from blood exposures (drugs, surgery, etc). But then he somehow passed it to his wife (whether by sharing a shaving razor or through sex).

Either case, antibiotics are necessary to cure chlamydia. Hep B will need other therapies.
