Can chlamydia spread by drinking out of the same bottle or cup?

i let one of the players on my team have some gatorade and he put his lips on the the bottle and after he took a drink he told me he had chlamydia and then later i took a drink cause i forgot and now i don't know if i have it to and if it can spread by sharing drinks.

Chlamydia is an STD
Sexually transmitted disease. In fact, it is one of the only STDs that is solely transmitted through sex.

It is NOT spread by drinking out of the same bottle or cup.
