If you take antibiotics for chlamydia one day have sex the next will it still clear up? You are supposed to avoid having sex while getting treatment. You should start the treatment all over again to be sure it actually works, especially since chlamydia doesnt really have noticeable symptoms. Does your partner know you have it? You should not be sexually active so you wont put your partner at risk to contract it. Start treatment all over again just to be sure You will...but your sex partner may just have gotten it from you...have that partner checked ASAP! You are gross. It will clear up, but you just passed it to whoever and if you continue to have sex before being sure it has gone away, you will just be passing it back and forth to your partner. It's really not that hard to abstain from sex for a little while. Especially after finding out you contracted a STD. You will be ok, but your partner is now in trouble. What were you thinking???? You aren't supposed to have sex for at least 2 weeks after treatment. And then you need to make the guy wear a condom so this won't happen again. Practice safe sex! |
