i would of got on the broadcast system myself in front of him and made an announcement for my niece..then after that,i would blurt out this man that manages this store is a complete a$$ and everyone needs to go shop somewhere else.

Iknow how you felt ,when i lost my little nephew Mike Hunt they refused to call him too on the broadcast system,and never gave me a reason why..But i fond him myself.
