Sex after being treated for Chlamydia or Non-Specific Urethritis? |
Friends been diagnosed with bacterial infection (Chlamydia or Non-Specific Urethritis). He was given the once off, four tables at once, treatment today. Wants to know how long he will have to wait till he can have full-protected sex? Some web pages say after 48 hrs but want to be sure before I tell him. Treatment Overview I was told to wait 1-2 weeks, I prob. had sex again after day 4 tho, went back for a check up about 2 wks later and the infection was gone. Up to 14 days is the safest way. He got lucky, make sure he's careful. |
