Chlamydia (my story) please don't be nasty?

I was very drunk and i gave a lad a bl*wjob and slept with him. And now i want to settle down and have a fresh start so i got tested and i got my results back on tuesday. I was found with chlamydia and got treated immediately, im so ashamed. The lady said it would take a week or 2 to go away. So say if i was give anyone else a bl*wjob could they catch it?

You have been a skanky tramp.

You need to wait until the antibodies have worked and the chlamydia is cleared COMPLETELY before you have ANY kind of sex. An important thing for you to rememeber is that this disease can RETURN even after treatment. So if you're still involved with the person that you contracted it from, you need to make SURE they get treated as well. If they dont it will only cause you to be re-infected.

Chlamydia can be transmitted during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Chlamydia can also be passed from an infected mother to her baby during vaginal childbirth.

Any sexually active person can be infected with chlamydia. The greater the number of sex partners, the greater the risk of infection. Because the cervix (opening to the uterus) of teenage girls and young women is not fully matured and is probably more susceptible to infection, they are at particularly high risk for infection if sexually active. Since chlamydia can be transmitted by oral or anal sex, men who have sex with men are also at risk for chlamydial infection.

Men with signs or symptoms might have a discharge from their penis or a burning sensation when urinating. Men might also have burning and itching around the opening of the penis. Pain and swelling in the testicles are uncommon.

Men or women who have receptive anal intercourse may acquire chlamydial infection in the rectum, which can cause rectal pain, discharge, or bleeding. Chlamydia can also be found in the throats of women and men having oral sex with an infected partner.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!

stay away from sex until you finish the entire treatment. It will clear up and its not one of those std's that stays with you forever as long as you get treated for it. If you don't unse condoms, you may get it again so please be careful and have safe sex. Also you should probably tell the guy you were with that you got tested positive.

i got it one tI'me and a girl blew me and she got tested and it came back -. so this people are putting **** in your head i'm a RN so i have something to say the people who answered. don't just answer this questions by making up stuff to get points. so the answer is no but be careful, not saying drunk sex is not fun lol and blow jobs are nice watch where you mouth goes that the most biggest way to get really sick and could kill you

Its to do with unprotected sex not the fact you gave a BJ ! Always take precautions if you don't know the lad make him use a condom. Also you should inform that lad about your chlamydia obviously you got it from someone and I am surprised you haven't been told to notify him.

the web site says yes - check back with the clinic if you have any more questions - that what they're there for

plus PICK UP SOME CONDOMS AND USE THEM WITH EVERYONE (not just the dodgy looking ones or the guys you 'don't know')

Don't do it within the next two weeks.
Once you have taken the antibiotics you should be shot of it.

1 in 10 people have chlamydia though so be careful that the next guy doesn't have it...and remember it's mostly symptomless so they might not know.

Chlamydia can be passed on orally or by bl0wjobs the only way to help protect him would be by using a condom and even then it would protect him 100% the only thing to do would be to wait, sorry hehe haha .x.

Hope i helped .x.

Not too sure if you can pass it on by giving someone a cheeky blowie but to be safe id wait a couple of weeks. are you that desperate to give some one a blowie in the next couple of weeks. You sound ok!!!

possibly, steer clear till it's gone, but please learn that there are many undesirable men out there who look out specifically for drunk girls, start seeing yourself as being worth more than that, as you may not be so lucky next time

I would have imagined they would have provided all the necessary information and a leaflet at the STD clinic

imnot sure i was told you could catch it from saliva, but many say you cant

No its a sexually transmitted disease. Keep away from people until you are healthy. Perhaps tell the guy assuming you know him.

The lady said it would take a week or 2 to go away. Wait 2 weeks before blowing anyone else

I would just wait the 2 weeks if i was unsure you wouldn't want to give it to anyone.

if the guy is wearing a condom then he should be protected. i think... better not risk it. it's two weeks so it's not too long.

You should get retested in another two weeks to make sure it's out of your system. Good Luck

of course but why would you give it to someone else what about the guy you gave it to before?

I think you should wait until the Chlomydia is cleared... please use a condom next time and be careful...

yes they will hun. Sorry to hear that. Its not a nice thing to get. Touch wood i never get it(pardon the pun)

x

Yes they could. After the 2 weeks you should be fine though. =]

x

make sure your treated so you don't increase your risk of hiv

possible. just dont do it again?
