Not to preach, best thing is not to have unprotected sex - but that is totally your choice.

Okay, honestly you should be retested. Doctors normally will tell you to refrain from any sexual contact while on the meds until you are completely finished. Usually you would want to go in and be retested at the 3-4 week mark to make sure the meds did their job. There have been times where the infection is too strong and you would either to repeat the treatment, that is why you should always retest to make sure the meds did the trick.

It's better if you use condoms at all times. No matter how long you were cured or how long you've been dating your partner because you don't know if he could have something (still?). Sweetie, Im going thru a similar thing and I vowed to lay low on sex, and when i do, ill only use C's. Please be careful, always use condoms and if ur partner doesnt want to, dont have sex because they may have done that with another partner and who knows what people have. But, theres a chance youll be ok, but just in case, get retested, like #1 said.

only time will tell (lol). were did you get chlamydia and why didn't you learn your leson about unprotected sex!
