Usually they treat you right then and there even though you hadnt got results right away but it takes 10 days for results and if the had treated you anyway by that time you would be cured.

was it at the hospital, family planning clinic or at your GP?

You have to phone up or go to the GP for results. My dad had cancer and they didn't even call him as they have dozens and dozens of results back everyday. Got to love the NHS.

I had the same test at a family planning clinic 2 years ago and never heard anything back since from them or my GP so I assume it was ok. I had it done as I was getting a smear and they offer it.

By law, if your results came out positive for STDs the medical office is required to phone you.

If you don't hear from them, most likely you are negative. That's how my medical offices have been doing it.

Why not give them a quickk phone call.
