Do I have to go to ob-gyne if i have chlamydia? |
Do I have to go to ob-gyne if i have chlamydia? You could go to a clinic instead. It should be treated with antibiotics right away You don't have to go to the same one you already do if you are afraid of it getting back to your parents or something, but it is better to be treated by only one doctor so that they know of everything that is going on with you. You do have to go to a doctor to be tested and treated though. You can go to the local GUM doctor or the local health department if you are embarrassed. I dont know how else you would know if you had it if you didnt see your doctor and get the test done all they do is pap smear or whatever and give you antibiotics get it treated asap or you could have problems getting pregnant Yes you do! you need to go get prescribed with chlamydia medication that they use for that certain std.
