Can your body cure Chlamydia over time without drugs? just curious i don't think I have it. It's a bacteria infection...just curious if your body can cure it naturally. no you cannot cure chlamydia over time...you have to get antibiotics. if you're female you have to get checked up asap after unprotected sex because chlamydia is known to make a female infertile if you do not have it cured for a long period of time. You will have chlamydia until you get tested and cure for it. no. you must go to the doctor and get antibiotics to cure it. no way that can ruin your insides and stop you from having kids go to the doctors |
