I slept with my boyfriend while being treated for chlamydia what should i do ? |
i went for a chlamydia test and it was negative, but it detected tht i had Bacterial vaginosis . my bf hasnt been tested yet but his ex told him that she had chlamydia so why dont i have it ? during the third day of being treated for it we had sex but i continued to take the medicine . what will happen ? please help me dont judge me eiether what kind of test was it? Blood, urine, swap? and when did you get the results? You likely do not have chlamidya because your boyfriend was intelligent enough to use a condom for the sexual activity with his ex. Well done to him. If he did not use a condom with his last girlfriend, then I would have another test soon, as a test taken too early after infection can return a false negative. Be glad you don't have it! Keep taking the medicine and have your bf get to the doctor. Also, I would follow up with your doctor one more time to make sure things are still ok. Good Luck! He needs to be check and or treated otherwise you will be passing whatever back and forth. And consider safe sex for this exact reason. |
