I have lower back pain and stomach pain and no other signs of an std can I still have chlamydia? I? ?

I have never had it but i did have unprotected sex once and was sick last week and went to hospital and they cant seem to know why i hurt

BUT IF NOT, THOSE 2 SYMPTOMS COULD BE A NUMBER OF THING. iT COULD BE OVARIAN CYST, APPENDIX PROBLEM, AND A NUMBER OF OTHER THINGS. iF YOUR REALLY WORRIED ABOUT IT OR IT GETS WORSE GO TO THE DOCTORS GOOD LUCK! (SORRY IT'S ALL IN CAPS I PUSHED CAP LOCK ON ACIDENT AND JUST NOTICED)

Sadly, yes... If you think that you have an STD you should go get it checked out as soon as you can! Luckily chlamydia is easy to take care of.
