I have lower back pain and stomach pain and no other signs of an std can I still have chlamydia? I?

I had an uti and bladder test ran but they were neg. But I have in bad ain and it has not gone away in weeks

Have you actually had the chlamydia test? If not then you need to, if you have then visit your doctor
