HOW CAN I GET MY BOYFRIEND TO GET TREATED FOR CHLAMYDIA?

I was diagnosed with chlamydia in July 2008, and I told my boyfriend right away. I was treated for it, having protected sex, and didnt contract it again. But its January 2009 now and he still wont get treated. He did tell me he was embarrased but i don't understand. I've warned him about the risk he's taking and everything. I don't know what to do. plz help

You have to really let him no all the bad things that will happen to him if he doesn't go and get treated. The people at the health clinics deal with this stuff everyday so explain to him he doesn't need to be embarest there just doing there job. No bull. This site has a huge list of free clinics and a section on chlamydia. You guys should check it out and try and scare him a little ok....

chlamydia can do real harm if left untreated it can stop u from having children,, do u wana be wiv som1 lik dat, ow can he not get it treated it's just 4 tablets in 1 go n its gone, y would e want to live wiv it its dirty ,i fink you should dump him and try and get wiv some1 that cares wot he carrys, dats jus my oppion but if he dosn't get treated and in future cant ave kids and you do den would u be wiv him den?? and all this askin him 2get treated will b jus a waste of time, and maybe he mite sort is head out then, gud luk.

Umm, well don't have sex with him. Tell him you don't feel comfortable continuing have sex with him when he still has the disease. If he still won't, then he is only hurting himself, ya know? He should care enough about his own health, not to mention yours.
