Chlamydia please helpp!!?

Im 17 years old and from the uk. I have an appointment with my gp soon. I was just wondering a few things..

1. I was tested at college, by the school nurse, so have no proof of having chlamydia. I found out my someone from the clinic ringing me. Will the doctor still treat me?

2. Can my mum find out why i have been to the doctor?? I have told her it is to do with my periods.

3. After i have seen the doctor, if he gives me my prescription, were do i go next? To the reception? What do they do there?

4. How long will it take for the antibiotics in the chemist? Will i have to wait along time?

In the US, anyone can get treated for an STD no matter what age. And, your physician cannot discuss this with your parents. The only way your mother will find out will be if you tell her. Once you have your prescription, you go to the pharmacy and they will fill the prescription immediately and then you take your medication until every pill is gone. You will need to have some money to pay for your prescription and depending on what the prescription is, it may be fairly pricey. Consider it the price of having unprotected sex.

Sucks dude. That sucks. Similar thing happened to me over the summer, thought i had herpes. For two days i was shitting my pants. Found out it was a false alarm. Chill out, wait till you go to the doctor before you start freaking out
