How do you test for Chlamydia and other STDs? |
I am in the Army and get a regular blood HIV test, but I also want to get a full on STD test. How do doctors test for that stuff? For gonorrhea and chlamydia they do a urine test. For other stds they do a blood test. It is mostly done through taking blood and urine samples. It's pretty simple. You specify to the doctor what you want to be tested for and he/she will test for everything you ask. Urine tests & Blood Tests. |
