no, maybe a yeast infection, but chlamydia is an STD, and you need to come in contact with it.
Chlamydia is an s.t.d. you can only catch it from a fluid transfer with someone who has it.
No not chlamydia, thats a sexually transmitted disease that hardly ever shows symptoms. I think youre thinking of Smegma which is basically just dirt and stuff that builds up if its not cleaned often enough, yuk!!
I agree with all the previous posts, and just wanted to add that the rate of contraction of STD's, especially with poor hygeine, is slightly higher in uncircumcised men (IF you practice unprotected sex with an infected partner).
