Can you catch chlamydia from oral sex with men? Yes, of course you can ,it's a sexually transmitted desease. If you think you may have contracted it, do go and see your doctor. You may not have any symptoms for some while, it can be in the body for up to 3 years without you even knowing. But if you have had any sexual contact with a person you suspect has this,do see your doctor. Prevention is always better than cure,so many make the mistake that oral sex is safe,it really isn't.I wish you luck and hope you haven't contracted it. Do yourself a favour and keep away from anyone you think is likely to be infected with something. You obviously can't have know this person for long or you would know the sexual activity that has gone on before. There are several sexually transmitted deseases around including aids,which can still be a killer, why risk your life for a moment of pleasure.
