These days the most common test for chlamydia is a urine test called a PCR. It involves catching the first part of your urine stream in a sterile container. It is best to do this at least a few hours after you have last urinated.

You mean your urethra? I took anatomy and there is no penile crack. Probably so, but perhaps if you have been exposed you can request that you just be treated with oral antibiotics instead of undergoing the procedure.

i dont know which test you guys took but mine came out clean and it felt horrible but there rigth it is quick i heard if you actually have it then youre in for serious pain
also most doctors rate pain pretty bad unless the pain is from a bullet to them youre not really in that much pain sticking anythnig in the urrethra is painful also the doctor from austalia i got my test a year ago when i started dating my gf maybe they do it different in australia
