Is it possible to have chlamydia, have unprotected sex, and not pass it on to that person? |
Is it possible to have chlamydia, have unprotected sex, and not pass it on to that person? It is definitely possible. I spent a year working as a nurse in an STD clinic, and we saw many cases where one partner was infected and the other was not. But don't take any chances. You both need to be tested. And you both need to be treated, regardless of the results. There is no test for chlamydia (or any other STD) that is 100% accurate Source(s): CDC's STD guidelines no. that's why it's a sexually transmitted disease. it transmits through sexual activity. it is possible you didnt pass it on but chances are slim. you most likely did Keep having unprotected sex and you will end up with more than Chlamydia!!!You passed it on!Sad but people in this day and age who don't use protection deserve to get diseases! Yes, it is possible. It is more likely that a man would not pick it up froma woman. Unfortunately women are more likely to pick up anything a man sticks in them. I don't think so |
