Doctors/Mircobiologists: has antibiotic resistant chlamydia ever been identified?


I ask this because many adolescent males and young men take macrolides or tetracyclines for acne, and their compliance can often be pretty patchy. Given they're one of the main groups for carrying asymptomatic chlamydial infections, are we risking developing resistance?
