Is blood in urine a symptom of chlamydia? |
Is blood in urine a symptom of chlamydia? I'm not sure but you most likely have a bladder or urinary tract infection, you can still have either without pain not sure about the std, but it is a sign of a UTI. You need to go to your dr. well,,,,,,could be.......there is a test to determine this on urine sample......also,a culture for regular bacterial infection should be done as well.....good luck......... See a Doctor Hematuria- Normal Values Normal values are 4 RBC/HPF or less. Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Note: RBC/HPF = red blood cells per high power field (a microscopic exam). Abnormal results indicating greater-than-normal numbers of red blood cells in the urine may indicate: * Glomerulonephritis * Interstitial nephritis * Acute tubular necrosis * Pyelonephritis * Renal trauma * Renal tumor * Renal stones * Cystitis * Prostatitis Chlamydia-Symptoms * burning on urination * vaginal discharge or bleeding * abdominal pain * painful intercourse Note: Many chlamydia infections have no symptoms. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/chlamydia... http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/... You should go to the Dr right away. I used to experience that with urinary tract infections years ago. Then I learned as soon as I started feeling uncomfortable, I would take about four cranberry capsules every time I urinated until the discomfort went away. Have not had to go to the doctor in years. Cranberry capsules will kill e coli too according to the label. |
