Do you mean HAVE an STD or HAD an STD because if you still have it you should try and get treatment before you ttc.
it would only be harder to concieve if it caused any damaged, for example chlamydia can cause scaring blocking of your tubes. obviously if your tubes became blocked eggs would not be able to travel along and potentially meet sperm. some people maynot experience any longterm adverse effects of having an std if treated in time. however i knew of girl who was told she could never become pregnant due to chlamydia infection but a few months later she was pregnant
