How do i analyze fat and cholesterol content in a diet?

i have to do it for a biology project.. dont really understand it.

thanks in advance!

we have to analyze someones diet, from before ( when she ate unhealthy ) to after ( when she didn't eat healthy anymore ).

Are you talking about your diet?
If you are, they you should only eat servings of food that you eat. Count the amount of fat and cholesterol on the box, or if you had 2 servings than multiply by 2.
Make sure to do calories or grams or mg, so do the measurement.

Mainly what you should write is your conclusion of the difference of what happened when you ate unhealthy stuff or healthy stuff and say what you recommend.

Hey you look on the side of the food boxes where it tells u all that stuff
