Can a man's cholesterol level affect his sex drive? |
I've heard that a man's cholesterol level can affect his libido. Is this true? Yes it can affect his drive as well as penis function. Higher cholesterol levels have been attributed to CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) which results in a man being uninterested in a lot of things more than sleep. It can also cause blockages which will affect his ability to perform, which in turn adds to his stress from worrying about it which makes it even more difficult to perform. nope, but worrying about it can. no i dont think so My husbands cholesterol must be in check...wink wink. I have no idea so I am starring this question so I can find out too. Good question! High cholesterol can cause erection problems!! Cholesterol lowering drugs help the problem go away. Yes it can! no i wouldnt think it would. maybe you can google it to be sure though. I would think that a high cholesterol level makes you feel like crap and thusly would make you feel less excitable. It also affects blood flow, so the older the man gets, the more it may disrupt blood flow to the right places. Absolutely, one of the effects of cholesterol is that it clogs the small arteries in the male sexual organ causing erectile disfunction. yes this is true |
