How much Cholesterol is in an Egg?

I'm eating Cage free, brown eggs. And I only eat bowled egg whites. Anyone know how much cholesterol is in each?

One large egg contains 190 mg of cholesterol. A smaller egg will provide even less. One large egg contains only 5.0 grams of fat of which 1.5 grams is saturated fat. This means that eggs can easily fit into a reduced-fat diet

More than half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk; a 100 gram chicken egg contains approximately 10 grams of fat. People on a low-cholesterol diet may need to reduce egg consumption, although most of the fat in egg is unsaturated fat and may not be harmful. The egg white consists primarily of water (87%) and protein (13%) and contains no cholesterol and little, if any, fat.

The actual white has 0 cholesterol its all in the yolks which is 210mg...you are doing GREAT!
Although cage free really doesn't mean anything other then they are free range ...another words they are left to roam an area rather then live in a cage, I have been to allot of chicken farms and that's not much more room then a cage because they triple the amount of chickens in an area.As long as a chicken is healthy they will produce a good egg!

212 mg that's a whole raw egg...cooked in:
fried in margarine...210 mg
Poached (no salt) 211mg
Scrambled with milk & margarine 215mg
Obviously thats all with out the shell (its listed with the shell also but who eats egg's with the shell !?)
