Cholesterol and eggs question? |
I have heard, through a colleague that eggs eaten within a week of being laid have no cholesterol in them. Has any one heard of this theory and is there any written evidence of it? That implies that the egg, once laid, manufactures its own cholesterol while sitting in the refrigerator. From what does the egg manufacture this cholesterol? |
