Cholesterol. Whats yours ? |
Mine is 8.4 so I have to change my ways. Any advice would be welcome. (Please, no bull) Mine is 4.5 but was a lot higher when I was first tested. mine is 4.1. Your is high as you know, eat well and take exercise that should bring it down. Mine is just over 5.0 but used to be worse. If you smoke, you should stop. Exercise is good for lowering cholestrol. Obviously, diet is the key to lowering your cholestrol. Cut out high fat foods and replace with high fibre stuff, like wholefoods, fruit, veg and salads.
