If my diet is within the recommended amount of fat and saturated fat, but my cholesterol intake is high...? |
How do I rate my diet in its ability to PREVENT coronary heart disease? 28% of my calories were from fat, 7.8% were from saturated fat. My recommended cholesterol is 300mg, but I was 489.39mg... just stick to a very minimal fat and cholesterol intake and workout a lot..i got so sick of seeing my family people battle with cholesterol that i turned vegetarian 5 years ago..
