What's the quickest way to put on 20 pounds without eating too much sugar or cholesterol?

there is a drink called ensure that is given to patients in hospitals that cannot consume solid foods. it has plenty of fat and nutrients. it takes really good, especially the vanilla. drink one with your regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. i guarantee that by the end of the week you'll have put on some 5 or 6 pounds. keep it up until you reach 20.

Make sure your diet includes lots of lean protein like boneless/skinless chicken or turkey, salmon, or light ham. Also beans, and lentils.

You can see a dietician or fitness expert about protein and carb supplements that aren't harmful, and ways to add muscle bulk instead of fat.

Visit your doctor and they can refer you to a nutritionist who will be able to create a healthy eating plan for you which will allow you to gain weight healthily :)
