Which is the best way to Lower cholesterol? |
this person has bad eating habits and i am working on changing them. I am scared for this person health eat cheerios and oatmeal - also 30 min of exercise 3 x a week to start if currently inactive I would definitely say do your best to get this person better eating habits. A regular routine of exercises also does wonders for getting cholesterol under control. I would also consult the persons doctor before undertaking anything. If you are scared for this persons health, doing anything without first consulting their doctor could end up causing more trouble than you have now. I know people on cholesterol medication and that works very well also. |
