What is a healthy cholesterol # ? for a 35 year old guy like me, I just had it done and it was 208.? |
My LDL was way worse than my HDL. I'm 5 ' 11 - 240 #. How do I get it down. Exercise and diet? Tell me what not to eat and what to eat in order to get the numbers better. My blood sugar level was 92, so I don't have diabetes. It's a bit high...Try getting to around....190ish...Stay away from cheese, and fastfood once a month or so. It's a good time for you to correct it....I have been taking Lipitor and it has brought mine down from over 200 to around 125. |
