Can you work out a lot and still have high cholesterol? Yep. Have to look at diet and genetics. YES! I was diagnosed with high cholesterol about 2 years ago, I went on strict diet, monitored everything i ate, on most days i never ate anything with cholesterol in it and the days i did it was under 100 mg. I ate/eat very healthy and do cardio for 30 minutes everyday, strength train 3 times a week, i lost all my excess weight, im solid, very low body fat, in best shape of my life i feel like a million dollars everyday, loads of energy ect!. i went to dr a few months ago, and my cholesterol shot up another 20 points! |
