I just got a 207 score. I am in my early 40's and am relatively healthy. Jane you are an idiot and i dont need or appreciate you disparaging comments. I am perfectly healthy except one test should my cholesterol to be high. The rest of the tests all came out fine. Walk 15 minutes at least three times a week, more if you can. This will help speed up your metabolism and burn calories faster. WHY do you want to lower your cholesterol?????? Cholesterol of 207 is GREAT. Cholesterol will not cause heart disease, but can be an indicator of vessel damage. Vessel damage comes from following the diet advise of the food pyramid. Cut carbs, trans-fats, and processed foods. Live long. The doctors will tell you to get lots of exercise like walking and running and eat less meat and more foods high in fiber. fiber, healthy eating, oatmeal, cheerios, fish oil, there are other medication that help cholesterol, and exercising. this company as a great product for lowering cholesteral |
