Do dialysis help to filter out bad cholesterol?

What do a dialysis machine actually filter out of the blood?

Conventional dialysis is not useful in filtering out bad cholesterol. But a similar procedure known as LDL apheresis is useful in removing LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) from the blood.

Dialysis filters out urea and other bi-products that our system rids itself of after using the main source from them. Dialysis is not a way to treat bad cholesterol, and I have never seen any articles or evidence that it is "helpful" in lowering it. Dialysis is a last resort for individuals in renal failure, individuals who's kidneys are not working properly or shutting down.

why would you want to remove something as vital, health, and necessary as your lipo proteins?

no, it don't
