How can my mother lower her cholesterol? |
My mother has high cholesterol. It's around 300. She has been taking pills for years and cinnamon, and it doesn't seem to do much help. Now they want to draw her blood and take out the cholesterol but she doesn't want to do that, are there any other ways to lower the cholesterol? Yes, taking hawthorn berries and green tea extract will lower cholesterol. I have lowered mine over the last 6 months using these. You can get these from any health food store. Make her eat cheerios duh! lol |
