What food is low in cholesterol?

Vegetables, all kinds of beans and lentils are low in fats and in cholesterol.

dried beans, prepared with no fat, or at least no animal fat. Also vegetables, and whole grain foods are good.

Cholesterol is in animal fats, so if you avoid meats, milks and cheeses, you won麓t be consuming cholesterol.

But the evidence has proven that that isn麓t enough. Many ppeople produce lots of cholesterol themselves, and that is more often the real culprit...what your liver produces.

All fruits and vegetables.
