What foods are good to increase good cholesterol ? |

Apparently cranberry juice might also increase HDL levels.Other good sources are foods rich in omega-3 (like salmon and walnuts), soluble fiber (such as oats, beans, veggies and fruits), whole grain, soy products (like tofu) and even the occasional glass of wine.
