I have bad cholesterol level of 117 and good cholesterol as 47.? |
I'm just 30 years old. what can help lower my bad cholesterol. well normal is 100 for bad and for good it should be above 60 for women. did your doctor say this is bad? that is pretty good. if a person has a total cholesterol of 200 mg/dL and an HDL cholesterol level of 50 mg/dL, the ratio would be 4:1. The goal is to keep the ratio below 5:1; the optimum ratio is 3.5:1. Ideal LDL is 99> You are not having any cholesterol condition. Some exercise, and wise nutrition is all you need to keep your levels withing reasonable limits. I wish I did. |
