At what age should i watch my cholesterol?

Any age really but when you are old enough to know better.....

I'm not sure if there is a "best age" to begin watching your cholesterol, but it's important that you watch the elevation of the "good cholesterol" (HDL) and the "bad cholesterol" (LDL). The significance is important, and your doctor will be watching them.
