no advice, i'm considered to be thicke" beyonce" etc... not really fat but i'm sure i need to loose some pounds definitely! i need some naturaul ways to lower my cholesterol cause i'm freakin out! she prescibed lopid but i was thinkin maybe natural way. any advice? First, beginning a regular exercise program is one of the smartest things you can do. Do at least thirty minutes of some aerobic activity every day, if you can. At your age, you don't need to worry too much about cholesterol... yet. This is likely why your physician didn't say much about it. The fact is, having high cholesterol isn't necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, it's more of just a marker that can eventually lead to other problems. in india there are several natural remedies. the one for cholesterol is to take garlic. garlic essence is sold as an across the counter food suplement in indian drug stores. this prevents the user from bearing the strong smell of garlic. if you don't care for the strong garlic smell here is a simple home remedy. take three or four pieces of garlic (not the full garlic), boil it in 100ml milk, allow it to cook, add two drops of honey. now eat the garlic and drink the remaining milk. continue with your diet rstriction and exercise. chollestrol is tricky. basically any natural way is to lower your intake of salt, which has other benefits as well but dont take it fully out, saturated fats are bad, anything which you sit and eat and think o god thsi is good but know that becuase its cake its bad, will be bad. so just think like that and use them as little treats. Its hard but worth it! good luckl hiya my mum, nan, grandad have high colestrol, they are on medicine a tab a nite but also eat bran flakes and flora pro active butter thats all i know also if you wont take the medicine you will have to eat foods with less than 5g fat, you should go to your doctors and get advise of her also, good luck x hi my name is joe i have a wife and three kids i work at a button factory one day my boss came to me and said joe, ru busy i said no he said turn the button with your right hand If you could have a fast walking exercise for 1/2 hour in the early morning and also in the evening, without eating fats or carbohydrates that would help a lot in decreasing the high cholesterol within 2-3 weeks. eggs are the richest form of lecithin, known to keep blood thin and moving freely this is a good thing , I would somehow trust an egg before i would trust a synthetic pill. and do take magnesium everyday 250mg and eat bananas. |
