Are all saturated foods high in cholesterol?

Are all saturated foods high in cholesterol?

a general rule of thumb is that plants provide unsaturated fats so they would be high in the good carrier of cholesterol or the high density lipoproteins (HDL). animal fats are high in saturated fats so they would contain much higher amounts of low density lipoproteins (LDL) or the unhealthy carrier of cholesterol.

technically there is no such thing as good or bad cholesterol only the carrier of it differs.
