What's a good, healthy, cholesterol free meal?

I'm cooking dinner for my parents because they're constantly gone now, with their new restaurant. They never get in a good healthy meal, so I was considering surprising them one night!

Depends on what type of food they like.

But I have many reccomendations:
Salmon, tilapia... or most types of fish contain Omega 3's which are known to help lower cholesterol.

Another food with Omega 3's include Almonds and walnuts. (WHICH can be dessert)

Another dish you can make them include BEANS! black beans, kidney beans..... whichever you prefer!
Reason being ... beans contain soluble fiber which also help to remove cholestorol.

I'd also reccomend any whole grain/ whole wheat foods such as brown rice.... whole grain pasta.... or any other whole grain things you think they'll enjoy. For extra anti-cholestorol goodness you can make them with oils such as canola, flaxseed or olive oil. But i reccomend oilive oil for the healthiest choice. ANyways
I don't usually like using time in answers but that seems like a really nice thing you're doing. So there you go!! good luck +=)

Also as for other reccomendations with nothing for or against cholestorol..... Boneless skinless chicken .... awesome!

God Bless

Make scrambled eggs with egg whites (no cholesterol) and Smart Balance.

Or make grilled fish (has omega 3's which are good for the heart), grilled asparagus (or other veggies), and brown rice.

For dessert, make a fruit salad with lowfat yogurt.

A delicious rotisserie roasted chicken

with a side of low carbohydrate, wheat macaroni and cheese

and spinach.

with a glass of ice, cold, water.

yum!

One word: steam. The ultimate in healthy cooking. I've got a food steamer; I think they're as low as 30$. Steamed salmon peppered/salted served with steamed broccoli? That's just the thing.

Roasted chicken , and vegetables. Something like Boston Market

Veggies Veggies Veggies... eww though

Wait...wha..they dont eat healthy and they have their own restaurant...? Baked, skinless chicken with a green salad.
