Can you use egg whites instead of egg subsitute and still have lower Cholesterol?

egg whites have nil cholesterol...as others have said it can be genetic if you got a high cholesterol count..or certain foods due to your metabolishim can produce high cholesterol levels. a good cholesterol level is around 3 to 4..some people are ok with 5..but any thing over 6 is a high risk.its ok to even eat whole eggs as long as you dont eat every day and not more than 2 eggs at a time.if you like your eggs i suggest you get very large eggs as they will be full of flavour and more to enjoy. but you may know this already we have 2 types of cholesterol in us..the good and the bad..eggs have the good cholestrol and also chesse the real stuff not the plastic stuff.. but too many either of them per day can bring up the levels. bad cholestrol is stuff like fired food and potatoe chips.hamburgers, pizza if they use the GM oil .. if you want your levels to fall fast cut out the bad cholestrol stuff and reduce the good cholestrol stuff..just a word of warning if your doctor deems that you have to go on to tablets to keep your cholestrol down .once you take the tablets you have to take them the rest of your life. so if you can before that happens its best to controll it naturally as i said before ..cut out the bad and reduce the good at keep an eye on it every day its can go up with out your awarness.. by the way dotn use substitues for eggs whites go all naturall in all foods you eat ..just get your doc to show you the bad fromt he good iam sure they got some material on it.

yes you can. but you know what i Have experimented with this also. I Had high cholesterol. well anyhow i stopped and retired and all the Numbers dropped by 30 pints and found out it was stress that caused all te problem how about that.
